Therapeutic philosophy:
Naina believes that every person has the fundamental right to feel seen, heard and deeply understood. She honors each individual's story, pace and emotional landscape with presence and respect. She believes that healing lies in the process, not the outcome. The act of creating -- exploring colors, shapes, textures and symbols --- is where insight unfolds organically. There is no pressure to produce something beautiful. What matters is the experience of expression and the meaning that emerges along the way. She sees art as a powerful language that gently bridges the conscious, subconscious and unconscious part of ourselves. when words feel limited or overwhelming, creativity offers another pathway -- one that allows hidden emotions, memories and inner wisdom to surface safely and authentically.

Naina has worked with children needing emotional regulation, Adults navigating life transitions, women in midlife/menopause, seniors rediscovering meaning and individuals with physical and neurological challenges. She has also worked with couples and families.

Approach Clients can expect:
Our approach is Client-centered and process-oriented, meaning there is no right or wrong way to create. Sessions may include mindful art-making, reflective dialogue, moments of quiet exploration, all designed to help clients feel safe, grounded and connected to their inner world. No artistic skill is required -- only a willingness to explore and be present.

Cultural sensitivity:
She approaches her work with deep cultural sensitivity, recognizing that each individual's background, beliefs and lived experiences shape their healing journey. She creates an inclusive and respectful space where clients from diverse cultures feel safe, valued and understood. With openness and curiosity, she honors different traditions, family systems and spiritual perspectives, ensuring that therapy remains culturally attuned and personally meaningful.

Her personal story:
From a young age she was deeply drawn to both psychology and art, always curious about human emotions and the stories behind them.Naturally becoming the listener and gentle advisor among family and friends, she found meaning in holding space for others long before it became her profession. After her children had grown, she chose to return to her studies, courageously reconnecting with a long-held passion and rediscovering her sense of purpose through Art therapy. This personal journey of growth and renewal now enriches the compassionate, grounded presence she brings to her work.
