Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Art through Heart Studio, We understand that life can be unpredictable and that plans may sometimes need to change. We aim to be as flexible and understanding as possible while ensuring that appointment times are respected.
Individual sessions
If you need to cancel a booking, please let us know at least 7 days before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within this timeframe are eligible for a full refund. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before and we will try our best to find a better time that suits you and the therapist. As each appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, request made to reschedule less than 24 hours are not eligible for rescheduling or cancelling.
Course Packages
We encourage clients to commit to the full course to gain the greatest benefit from the therapeutic process. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may make it difficult to continue.
If you need to discontinue a course package before it has been completed, please contact us to discuss your situation. Refunds for the remaining unused sessions may be considered where there is a valid reason for ending the course early. If approved, the refund will be calculated based on the number of unused sessions remaining. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days.
