The session is booked by appointment. Once the client reaches the studio for the session, they are warmly greeted by the art therapist and takes their space in studio. The process starts with the Art therapist giving basic information about the consent form, the rules and confidentiality of the session. The client signs the consent form and the most important aspect of the session starts, the therapeutic alliance. The therapist and the client talks about the issues and the goals that the client has in mind.

The Art therapist then introduces the client to an art activity that is chosen specifically for the client with the goal of exploring the emotion and getting more information about the issue that is disturbing the client.

Through the art activity and the therapist's intervention, the process of discovery, awareness and healing starts.

Each session's duration is 1 hour. The journey of healing usually requires around 10 sessions, but the client can try 1 session and decide if this way of healing is for them.

If the client is in a course, the therapist will keep the art works done from all the sessions and during the last session, an art review will be done helping the client to see their progress and changes.

Every art work and conversations that happens in the session is kept confidential.
